Free Soul Sauna is located close to Cahore beach, in the heart of a stunning County Wexford location. Our wood-fired sauna invites you to walk in and float out after enjoying the many benefits of Sauna experiences.

Our hand-built bespoke sauna is designed to envelop you in gentle heat, encouraging deep relaxation and a moment to simply be. The warmth moves evenly through the space, calming the body and mind.

From our panoramic window, soak in stunning views. At Free Soul Sauna, we work with local amenities that you can also enjoy whilst visiting Free Soul Sauna.

We comfortably seat up to 10 people, making this a perfect experience to share or enjoy solo in a peaceful setting.

I’m not usually one to use saunas in spas but this experience was just gorgeous and totally different. The sauna & sea dips felt so refreshing!! The views are spectacular and the location is amazing! The sauna looks out over the most beautiful view of Cahore and it’s only a 2 minute walk from the sea for dipping during the sauna session which is ideal.
